I’ve charged the batteries and they do work, however don’t hold the charge for long, the larger one holds the charger better. The camera has been tested with a cassette and it plays, rewinds and records Kit includes Camcorder 2 batteries Battery charger (no lead for the camcorder to run off the charger)
