New item bought a while ago never been out of the box if you know about KitchenAid stuff you will know this is good stuff not the usual made in China crap this one states made in USA. Standard 3 pin 240v UK spec so don't worry about it coming from America 10 Speed combinations and a heavy glass mixing / blending vessel with metal blades gloss black plastic body. Very good quality never been out of the box.
