1984 LA Olympics Pen and Pencil Set converted into a fountain pen and marketed as a Limited Edition. The original grip section of the rollerball or felt tip was cut to accommodate a nib and feed. The internal turned in to a bulb / squeeze fill and fitted with a latex bladder.
