IBM PC100 128MB SDRAM Pair (256MB Total) - tested and working
IBM PC100 128MB SDRAM Pair. It looks like one of them is non-ECC and one of them is ECC. They both work perfectly fine as a pair if you select "non-ECC" in the BIOS. 256MB Total RAM. (removed from a fully working IBM PC 300GL).
