This OTK flat bottom seat has only been used as a sleeve inside a large seat. So it has minor scuffs. It measures 44cm externally at the front, and about 31cm internally at the middle, narrowest point. It was used for a slim sized teen. You are welcome to try fit in Newbury Berks.
