A rare Art Deco large Amethyst crystal gilded lidded pot. Signed to the base Daum Nancy. This beautiful pot has gilded decoration of a pair of parrots around the sides in 5 pm places and a circle of gilded foliage around the lid. The crystal is in a wonderful amethyst colour. The pot is in very good condition, the underneath of the base has surface scratching, which could if you wishes be polished out by a jeweller. This by no means affects the look of the piece.
