I bought this as I had tendonitis but mine was (still is) quite bad and I ended up having shockwave therapy so this wasn't the tool for the job. It's been sat around for the last 9 months so may as well sell it. some gel left over as pictured. I may or may not be able to find the box and instructions. The instructions are online anyway.
