It syncs to the Xbox within a couple of seconds and all buttons, triggers and thumbsticks work as they should, no signs of drift or sticky buttons etc. It is fitted with new 3rd party thumbsticks. This is a USED item so may show common signs, ie general light scratches or scuffs, small marks etc.
