Cobalt Blue Carnival Irredesent Crescent Moon Stars Stopper Glass Perfume Bottle No chips or cracks- please see pictures - the top of the stopper and the middle, where it touches the bottle, is grounded/worn down. There are some scribbles/marks on the base that I thought may be a signature, but if so I can't make it out. The crescent moon part is raised some. Base around is smooth and polished, but the center/pontal part is raw/rough.
