I recently purchased the 152 mm Marcrist core drill and Erbauer hex drive arbour from Screwfix for £55.78 , to drill thee holes in a modern house, it is the right size for standard 150mm through the wall aircon tube. a pilot drill is available to purchase from Screwfix to fit the unit if needed..
