The condition of the card is moderately played/heavily played as shown in the photos. It has holo bleed on the borders and on the front of the card. The holo has multiple scuffs all over it as I tried to demonstrate in the pictures. It also appears to have two small creases in the top near the left on the back and the bottom left near the corner. As you can see the borders have whitening which is to be expected for a card in this condition. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.
