Black heavy duty throw over latch with handle. Width of 82mm is the inner measurement - the maximum width of gate this could be used with is 82mm. When I bought it (surplus to needs) guess it was sold as a 3” throw over. Not in packing but unused, as new and the bolt has not been threaded through the plastic in the nut yet.
