The game itself is scratched (can provide better pictures if asked but does have quite a few, could benefit from resurfacing IF you are able.) however game reads well in my Wii, look at photos for proof. Wii controller has been tested and works fine. No batteries included. Box is in relatively good condition for age. Few marks and does have a crease at the back as pictured. Solid sturdy box overall however Will be shipped safely
