has some ink in it left, not sure how much, also the lady I bought this off, I work for twice a week in the day time...they have plenty of money and basically she couldn't work out how to update the printer so she just bought a new printer. It needs updating with the disk, which is provided with the printer. also she has kept all the bits that came with the printer from day one of purchase:)
