Cheap Reliable Spare Work Phone With FM Radio + Charge o2 Tesco Mobile

I was told this phone was unlocked but it did not recognize my "smarty" sim. maybe its not unlocked?. but i can confirm it works with tesco and o2 sims. This shouldn't be a huge issue as when you are able to browse you can just save your favourite stations to the pre sets.
