This was tested to a 12V battery and both forward and reverse switch positions work. Comes with wire on the spools, unknown how much. Boom measures 24" from tip to spool. This is used. Expect typical wear and tear, scrapes, scratches. No manual crank handle. No base. Please review all pictures. Boom will be removed (included) to reduce shipping box size. One screw to reattach.
