Selmar dual voltage car battery charger Purchased new by my dad in the 1970’s I’ve connected it to a battery and it powers up (positive connection only), to be honest I am unsure of current battery status as also found in the garage. Cable outer broken where it exits the housing. I think there maybe a negative cable/clamp missing
