Steering wheel has been wrapped in string between each spoke I think it’s made from aluminium and the grip is made from a bakelite type material There are a few cracks (As pictured) but nothing serious Please see photographs as they form part of the description From a smoke free home I will combine postage on all my items This will be posted next day
