I researched and searched forever to find a like similar flag to no avail. It may have a history with the USNA United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. He did attend the Naval Academy. The combination of deep blue and gold fringe, along with the bold anchor emblem with intertwined rope, create a stunning visual display.
