In nice condition overall with a soft and somewhat muted tone. Please listen to the video. The violin has a nice bridge all properly set up with a grade-A soundpost . New Alphayou synthetic core strings. Boxwood chin rest. Comes in the fake crocodile skin antique case in the photographs. I think this nice looking antique violin would make a nice folk violin for someone who does not wish to drown out singers or other players.
