The semi-rigid card holder or top loader you receive may have been previously used. It may have writing, stickers, sticker residue, tape, tape residue and/or scratches on it. The card will be placed in a penny sleeve, then in a semi-rigid card holder or a top loader, secured with removable painter's tape.
