This fabric is from the very pretty Garden Trellis Quilt Block of the Month series designed by Jo-Ann Fabrics. The dark blue fabric is covered with a green vine motif. This fabric would make great coordinating accessories for a completed Garden Trellis quilt, plus it's pretty just by itself!
