Comes with only what you see. Please examine pictures carefully for condition. I have only tested this as far as turning it on and pushing the pedal to make sure the needle moves up and down that is as far as my knowledge goes. The light is not working. It may just need a new bulb but it is possible that there is an unknown fault.
