The iPod has a lot of music on it, i can't reset it as I do not have a cable for it or iTunes. No idea if password is needed to reset it so bare this in mind. All is fully working. No remote. Good used condition. The iPod doesnt hold charge but works fine when in the dock. I do not know how well the dock holds charge.
