DESCRIPTION: A gorgeous antique Georgian solid gold and natural dark red garnet single strand clasp. The gold tests for 9ct gold. The garnet is foil backed and hand cut. The item opens/closes well. It weighs approx. 2.20g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. As to be expected with the items age, it isn't stamped/hallmarked, it tests for 9ct gold.
