Wilkinson Sword Telescopic Anvil Loppers new and still in original packaging. Cutting capacity is 35mm and size of loppers is 63mm to 95mm. I've tried the telescopic mechanism and it extends and locks. There is some dust and scuffing due to being in storage, see photos. Any questions please ask.
