LAND CRESS AMERICAN SALAD x1000 seeds Land Cress is easy to grow and can be picked year-round. It is suitable for growing in pots and has a similar, peppery flavour to watercress. SOWING OUTDOORS Prepare ground for sowing by raking to produce an even surface. Sow thinly in pre-watered rows, 30cm apart, and cover with a little soil. Keep soil moist. When large enough to handle, thin to 20cm apart. Also suitable for growing in large pots. Grows best in a shaded spot. ADVICE Water freely, especially in dry weather, to ensure a good supply of succulent leaves. Gather young leaves and tops of young shoots for use in salads.
