Will sit on luggage rack but I have used it with the frame mounting system which is probably more comfortable than the fixed position of a luggage rack anyway due to the natural flex of the frame mounting system. Adjustable 5 point harness and foot rests. Integrated padlock and cable to fix onto bike frame. Code will be provided. I’ve used for my children between 9mo and 3.5yrs. Urban Iki say 9mo-6yrs and not more than 110cm/22kg.
