I have 3 sets of these. You will recieve 1x A60 bulb (white and colour E27 fitment) and 1x V2 dimmer. You will need a hue hub to connect these to although they will connect to other makes of hub, please check before buying. I connected them successfully to an IKEA tradfri / dirigera hub. They're used, but in perfect condition and full working order.
