Echo Hedge Cutter HC-160A, Made In Japan, Vintage Petrol Garden Tool
Hasn't been run in ages...please consider it needs a service - carb flush, new fuel (was stored empty) and maybe a spark plug, compression is good - this was never heavily used as can be seen from the condition in the photos.
