The Alembic Pot Still is more for the artisan distiller. Alcohol produced will vary between 55 - 70abv depending on what you are distilling. If you are unsure which still will suit your needs l would suggest starting with the reflux still as this will give you lots of good neutral spirit to use with essences allowing you to create an incredible range of drinks.
