Fisetin is a type of flavonoid with antioxidant properties and found in many different types of fruits and vegetables, strawberries seem to contain the most at around 2mg of Fisetin in each berry. Interest in Fisetin began when researchers noticed a correlation between strawberry consumption and improved cognitive abilities among elderly people eating the fruit.
