Outer bore size of the connecting nuts are 10mm in order to fit to the shower hose and to mixer tap as 12mm Outer nut bore size will not be standard and wouldn't fit any Shower head or shower hose. Therefore if your pressure is really low (Below 0.5 Bar ) You need low pressure shower head too to increase the spray.
