4 Wire DMM short PCB with gold plugs, center distances 0.875"-0.75" GBP
Due slightly center to center distance differences, it is possible the short PCB aligned for one DMM model to have such problem when it is inserted into other DMM model. In this case loose the bolts and align the plugs again.
