I found this at a very upscale estate sale. High quality gold toned metal chainmail rings are linked and embellished with carved soapstone and hard polymer clay flowers. colorful. Each center is a glass seed beac. 1-3/4" wide, 8" long. Closure is 3 gold toned ovals the fit into black hoops, the material of these hoops is at least leather like and durable. So well made. Don't miss out on this. It's probably a designer piece with the tag taken off. It's that special.
