Silkolene oil was founded in 1908 by the Dalton family of Belper, Derbyshire, They produced Tractor and farm machinery oil then moved into Cars and Motorcycles and during WW2 produced aviation oils. This 25 Lt drum dates from the 1970s and has the Concorde graphics on both sides.
