Generously spray the STICKY side of the vinyl sheet AND the application surface with the mixture of water and washing up liquid. Place the vinyl into position on the application surface. Can be easily cut by hand using scissors or on a vinyl cutting machine such as Cricut, Graphtec, Robo or Silhouette.
