Doesn’t appear used but package was taped so I turned the main unit (nail grinder) on, it instantly started up and has a working led light. The charging cord is in the box and all tips are accounted for in the clear case. They do not look used, I did not open the attachment box so they stay sterile. Appears all paperwork is also included.
