This is in used condition but fully working and tested. It works great you have to wait minute or so the heat up then pump the handle up and down when using to produce steam. It does have some light marks where it has been used but doesnt effect it what so ever. Doesn't come With a mop head so please be aware of this, they can be easily replaced on here for about 5 pounds. Fast postage as well
