Vtg Stanley Bailey No. 3 Type 13 Wood Planer Hand Plane
Lever cap has a small chip. Cutter needs to be sharpened or replaced. The tote is cracked but it doesn't seem to inhibit the use of the plane. Has surface rust all over but nothing appears very serious.
