(M) British made leather suitcase from the 1940’s possibly 1950’s. Some stitches coming away and clear signs of use. No key but both catches still work, springing open. External measurements 24 x 14 x 5 1/2 inches. Some stickers on the case “Flandre” Flanders’s, Orient Line and railway luggage stickers. Inside still has leather straps, some staining would need re lining. Note metal studs. A heavy piece of luggage from a time where people traveled via train and steam ship, weighs just under 4kg.
