This LEGO Friends set (41314) is a really great set with lots of rooms and features to play with. It’s suitable for ages 6-12. Our daughter has loved this set and had a lot of fun with it. It comes complete with box and instructions as per the photos. Some while pieces have yellowed and purple base boards have faded. There are some very small pieces missing and a couple of bits have been substituted; see last photo for full details. From a smoke free home.
