Made in England from the 1980s. They are signed F. Howard, have different floral bouquets with pink roses, orange tulips, various blue, purple, white and yellow flowers with lots of foliage. This set has a wonderful thick peach band border and GOLD trim and accents on edges, handle and foot teacup. A great addition to any collection. They are in excellent condition.
