From the black webbed feet to the shiny red top hat is 13”. Tall, sleek and dapper highly glossy black duck with yellow eyes. He’s 5.25” in diameter at the base. Stamped “Japan”. He has another etched marking that I just cannot make out. I’m great at packaging and ship same or next day!
