RAM - 8GB DDR4, one more RAM slot available for future upgrades. Screen - 12" HD Touchscreen, when in the BIOS the mouse cursor was stuck in the top left corner and wasn't able to move the mouse, but after disabling the touchscreen using the touch pad the mouse cursor works fine.
