This powers on but the lens underneath the outer glass is dusty that’s why it looks blurred on the screen . I’ve tried a tape in this but it just makes a noise and doesn’t seem to accept the tape don’t play or does nothing. The item is in a used condition and may show signs of this so please see photos before buying for the best description Scratches wear etc No power lead included.
