A very rare set of broadcast limiters made by ADR (Audio Design) for the Independent Broadcasting Authority. These are fully functional, in a dual rack unit, powered by one external power supply. If you're looking at these, you may already know that they are one of the predecessors to the Compex compressor, also made by ADR as well as having strong links to the early Helios compressors and limiters. I have only ever used them as dual mono units but looking at the back panel, there may well be a simple method to stereo link them. The inputs on these are fairly hot so you may need to dial back the gain if you're using on very loud sources. They are very fast and sound fantastic!
