In like-new condition. Removed from a new computer. There was a mishap and the board had some damage just below the PCIE slot. Expert repaired it, and then tested and stress-tested the board exhaustively. It works great. There is obvious signs of repair done, but rest assured the slot is working as it is supposed to. It comes on its own. No original box, no accessories. I/O shield is integrated onto the rear of the board. It takes standard screw-on antennas for the Wi-Fi, which can be bought cheaply here on ebay
