Each disk has been personally formatted using Windows XP and is therefore tested and working. A blank label has been applied. All discs are from the same batch, purchased together. These disks do not have the plastic write protection tabs. A small piece of clear tape has been placed over the hole to allow writing. It can be removed if wanting to archive a disk.
