Haro seat and seat post combo and Haro bar end plugs
Which is what most bmx steel bikes use. It is 200 m.m. long and is flat angled (no rise in nose of seat when installed). The padding is not real thick but it is padded. The Haro bar end plugs and plastic and fit nice and snug.
